Prof. Dr. Benson Chang is the Principal Consultant of Lion CPA Limited, the Founder and Group Managing Director of Lion Consulting Group, the Managing Partner and Vice Chairman of Lion Golden Certified Tax Agents (Shenzhen) Ltd. With over 30 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, tax advisory, corporate secretarial services, business continuity management and internal control functions. Benson is an Independent Non-Executive Director of FDG Kinetic Limited (Ex-Stock Code: 0378.HK).

Benson's clients included listed and private companies from Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, France, Spain, Germany, UK, Canada, and US.

Benson's industry background includes trading, manufacturing, advertising, promotion, logistics, restaurant operations, optical dealers, property leasing and development, private equity and USA OTC listing. Previously, he was a Financial Controller of a private equity firm managed HK$4B in property investment projects in Macau and China; Senior Accounting Manager of a GEM Board listed company in catering industry managed over 40 restaurants and bars in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
